- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have two special needs children that both have mental health issues. My children have been patients of Dr. Joanna Shannon & Dr. Walter Shannon for over 4 years now! I can honestly say I don't know what we would have done without them! They have seen us through some of the most challenging times of our lives! Dr. Joanna Shannon, Dr. Walter Shannon, and their wonderful staff have always provided my children with kindness, understanding, and the best mental health care possible!
